Quick Overview

A brown hare and a grey hare live close to one another. At first they get along well, but then they start to annoy each other and eventually they have a huge fight. While they are in the midst of a fist fight, a hungry fox spots them, counting his lucky stars for such an easy catch. But the two hares quickly stop their nonsense and team up to save themselves from his claws.

OOR DIE OUTEUR / ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Claude Boujon was ’n Franse outeur, illustreerder en kunstenaar.

Claude Boujon is an author and illustrator of French youth literature. Since 1972, in his workshop  he has alternated paintings, sculptures, posters, scenographies, puppets and children’s books. The books he wrote and illustrated for children are a natural extension of his work as a visual artist and his experience with young audiences. An exceptional fabulist, he left behind a work full of humanity and tenderness. He died in 1995 and was awarded the Bernard Versele Prize in 2003.
